- Vaginal Carboxytherapy – Carboxytherapy is the use of carbon dioxide (CO2) to promote hydration and texture in the vaginal mucosa. CO2 is a natural vasodilator, meaning that it increases the size of blood vessels in the mucous membranes of the vagina, which increases blood flow and the delivery of nutrients, including oxygen, resulting in vaginal rejuvenation. This is accomplished with the use of CO2 Lift V, which is a carboxytherapy gel placed within the vagina. CO2 Lift V is recommended to be used 2-3 times a week for 1 month, and then monthly for maintenance. Men
- P-Shots – Priapus Shots (aka P Shots) is a regenerative treatment aimed at addressing male sexual dysfunction. Traditional P-shots inject platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the penis to promote tissue repair and regeneration. At ROG Medspa, we utilize pharmaceutical grade recombinant PDGF+. PRP attempts to deliver a high concentration of PDGF when injected but it has its limitations. Not everyone has the same quality of platelets, which can be affected by various health conditions such as liver disease, kidney disease, autoimmune conditions, viral infections, bone marrow disorders, nutritional deficiencies, use of medications like Aspirin or NSAIDs, anemia, or cancer, or infection. At its best, PRP delivers 3-6x the concentration of growth factors when compared to whole blood. Alternatively, pharmaceutical grade recombinant PDGF offers high quality PDGF+ without the need for messy blood draws and guarantees a more potent, consistent and predictable concentration of 1,000-3,000x the concentration of growth factors when compared to whole blood. This ensures a more likely penile regenerative response to improve erectile function, increase blood flow to the penis, enhance sexual sensation,and reduce symptoms of prostate enlargement.
