Subcutaneous (SQ) Injections are injected into fat pads (back of the arm, lower abdomen, or front of the thighs).

Intramuscular (IM) Injections are injected into the muscles of the arm, thigh, or buttocks.

Frequency: Twice weekly for 2 weeks. Can keep at twice weekly dosing, or increase to three times a week injections thereafter. Start with 50mg and increase up to 100mg per injection.

Oral intake of Niagen®, which is a form of nicotinamide riboside (NR), a naturally occurring vitamin (B3 = niacin), and precursor to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). Once ingested, NR is converted to nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), and then to NAD+ inside of our cells by enzymes.
