Dr. Agnes Usoro is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician and the owner of River Oaks Galleria Medspa, where she merges cutting-edge regenerative aesthetic treatments with a deep commitment to whole-body wellness. Her approach prioritizes safety, science, and individualized care—helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results.

Dr. Usoro earned her undergraduate degree, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, from Georgetown University and her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). She completed her residency at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and is board-certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Usoro is also the founder of ROG Hair Institute, a practice dedicated to restoring hair health through personalized, medically-driven interventions. Beyond aesthetics, she is passionate about early cancer detection, regenerative wellness, and expanding knowledge of cutting-edge therapies that support both internal health and external beauty.

With a foundation in emergency medicine and a deep understanding of regenerative science, Dr. Usoro brings a unique clinical perspective to aesthetics—grounded in safety, fueled by innovation, and designed to enhance quality of life.

My goal is to prioritize the underlying root cause of your concerns and to generate a holistic, patient-centered, and whole-body treatment plan that allows wellness to become a lifestyle. Proactive planning includes integrating therapies, such as IV hydration, hormone replacement, and a comprehensive holistic weight loss plan. With over 13 years of nursing experience and 5 years as a board-certified nurse practitioner, she is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their absolute best.

Honey believes in enhancing natural beauty by tailoring individualized treatment plans based on scientific evidence and personal beauty standards. Her goal? To make you look amazing while keeping results subtle and natural—never overdone. She has a special love for performing lip fillers and facial balancing, skillfully sculpting features to create harmonious and radiant results.

Born and raised in Chicago, I bring a Midwest heart and a passion for holistic health to my role at ROG. I specialize in weight loss and IV/IM therapy, blending clinical expertise with a deep commitment to helping clients achieve their wellness and weight loss goals.

Before relocating to Houston in March, I honed my skills in emergency medicine at a trauma center in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania! My background in this fast-paced environment gave me a strong foundation in patient care and a unique perspective on the importance of preventative and restorative wellness.

Currently, I’m expanding my expertise as an injector in training, aiming to provide a comprehensive approach to beauty and confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene, practicing yoga, and fostering dogs!

Cheryl Knight is the Medspa Manager at River Oaks Galleria Medspa. A true Texan, Cheryl grew up in League City, Texas, where her passion for beauty and wellness was cultivated at an early age.

Cheryl’s career spans decades in the beauty industry, beginning with executive roles at world-renowned brands such as Estée Lauder and L’Oréal. Eventually, Cheryl transitioned from the corporate world to a prominent day spa, where she enjoyed helping individuals achieve their beauty and wellness goals. This experience led her to the medspa arena, where she discovered her love for combining innovative, results-driven treatments with personalized client care.

As Office Manager at River Oaks Galleria Medspa, Cheryl oversees daily operations ensuring that every client’s experience is seamless and memorable. Her favorite part of her role is building relationships with clients and witnessing the transformative power of the treatments and services offered.
