Jameca has spent the last 17 years building marketing and growth strategy for brands ranging from founder-led small businesses, like salons and meditation studios, to global luxury names like LVMH. She’s always been driven by the potential inside every business she works with, and by the strategy it takes to unlock it, a passion that led her naturally toward growth-focused work.

As Director of Marketing & Growth at River Oaks Galleria Medspa & Hair Institute, she leads the practice’s marketing and growth strategy, from patient retention and membership growth to partnerships and community initiatives. She believes in building sustainable, data-driven growth that puts long-term patient relationships first.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, is a devoted sports fan, and leans fully into her big Capricorn energy. She’s always growing something, whether it’s a business or her next adventure.
